Six/Ten Boosts Revitalization of Downtown Winter Haven

Six/Ten LLC is bringing renewed life to one of Florida’s most beautiful cities with new office, retail and residential offerings in the historic downtown district. The company has restored 347 Central, a 20,000-plus square foot building overlooking the park and is planning to restore the site of the original Publix Market. The company is also investing in technology, having purchased and remodeled two former telecommunication towers with state-of-the-art fiber connections.
